From a welcome sign to hours of operation to a more detailed logo, your front door really does say a lot. The use of a logo or words on a front door/window can make an immediate, bold statement to passers-by. A simple, branded door conveys to others, at the very least, a sense of success and establishment. Just like the lack of lighting in a home at night, the look of bare windows/doors on your building’s front could give off the impression that nobody is there or that the space is vacant.
Some businesses choose to go one step further and describe their business with a few industry-specific terms or logos. It’s not that the lack of information could put a company out of business, but the more logos or descriptions one might have makes it more welcoming.
